• Photos and Project Data: Job site photos you upload for estimate generation, along with project descriptions and measurements
• Billing Information: Payment details processed securely through Stripe (we do not store your full card number)
• Usage Data: How you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, estimates created, and device/browser information

We use your information to:

• Provide and deliver the Service, including generating AI-powered estimates from your photos
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Improve our AI models and the accuracy of estimates
• Send you Service-related communications (account updates, billing receipts)
• Respond to support requests
• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse

Photos you upload are processed by our AI systems to analyze the job site and generate estimates. Here's how we handle your photo data:

• Photos are transmitted securely (encrypted in transit and at rest)
• Photos are processed by AI providers to generate estimates
• Photos are stored in your account so you can access past estimates
• We may use anonymized or aggregated photo data to improve our AI models
• You can request deletion of your photos at any time by contacting support

We use trusted third-party services to operate SnapBid:

• Supabase: Database and authentication infrastructure
• Stripe: Payment processing and subscription management
• Vercel: Application hosting and delivery
• AI Providers: Image analysis and estimate generation (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic)

These providers have their own privacy policies and are contractually obligated to protect your data.

We retain your account data and estimates for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal, accounting, or compliance purposes. Anonymized data used for AI improvement may be retained indefinitely.

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction: Update or correct inaccurate information in your account settings
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Export: Request a portable copy of your data

SnapBid uses essential cookies to maintain your session and authentication state. We may also use analytics tools to understand how the Service is used. We do not sell your data to third parties or use tracking for targeted advertising.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, secure authentication, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

SnapBid is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
