By accessing or using SnapBid ("the Service"), available at app.snapbid.co, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

SnapBid is an AI-powered estimation platform designed for contractors, painters, fencers, and trade professionals. Users upload job site photos and receive AI-generated estimates that can be customized and sent to clients. The Service includes estimate generation, client approval workflows, and related tools.

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws
• The accuracy and appropriateness of content you upload or send through the Service

SnapBid offers the following plans:

• Free Trial: 3 estimates at no cost, no credit card required
• Pro Monthly: $79/month for unlimited estimates
• Pro Annual: $790/year for unlimited estimates (save 17%)

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the billing period. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support@snapbid.co for assistance.

Estimates generated by SnapBid are produced using artificial intelligence and are intended as starting points for professional quotes. AI-generated estimates are not guarantees of cost, scope, or accuracy. You are solely responsible for reviewing, adjusting, and finalizing any estimate before presenting it to a client. SnapBid is not liable for any losses, disputes, or damages arising from reliance on AI-generated estimates.

SnapBid and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SnapBid and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you upload (such as photos), but grant SnapBid a limited license to process that content for the purpose of providing the Service.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the AI models or algorithms
• Upload content that is fraudulent, misleading, or violates third-party rights
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnapBid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. SnapBid's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
